My role in developing this platform

I coordinated the project, prototyped the wiki, tested wiki features and extensions, developed the theme, developed the governance model, and led public-facing communications about the project.

I coordinated a multi-year project to develop a new Ubuntu wiki, bringing it all the way from conception to a (planned) launch in August/September 2026.

The project involved collaboration with multiple teams across Ubuntu, Platforms, Infrastructure, Brand, Documentation, and Commnity.

I also led the development of a governance model, in collaboration with community leaders, and regularly communicated with the community about the progress of the project.
